Millworks - customer update

Article published: 15/3/2020

Customer Information - Coronavirus (COVID-19) – what are we doing?

At Cambscuisine we are determined to care for the well-being of our staff and provide for the health and safety of our guests. Following the recommendations of WHO and the NHS regarding the COVID-19 virus, we are following rigorous procedures to keep everyone safe.

Our entire team at all our sites have been made aware of the most recent requirements and we have implemented thorough and more frequent cleaning and sanitising regimes. Any of our staff members that have returned from an affected area, or who live with anyone who has recently returned from these areas, have been asked to self-quarantine for two weeks and to not come to work for any reason.

We use a local independent Food Safety consultancy company, CheckIt, to regularly audit our health and safety and food safety procedures and receive daily updates from them to ensure that we adhere to the highest industry standards.

Deliveroo and Call & Collect Service - If you do feel unwell, we ask that you stay at home to recuperate.  However, if you still want to enjoy a restaurant quality meal, then we do have additional alternatives, which include Deliveroo for Smokeworks Free School Lane, Smokeworks Station Road, The Cambridge Chop House and Millworks. We will also be starting a Call & Collect offer on pub classics at our Country Pub sites as well.    Contact details of our country sites and further information on the call & collect service can be found at www.cambscuisine.com

The well-being of our guests is of utmost importance to us and we are committed to all the measures necessary to achieve this.
If you have any questions on this matter, please feel free to email us
